Understanding life and how we connect deeply with ourselves, and others unfolded in many ways: Since holding a master’s degree in chemistry I`m curious about how life functions on a molecular and biochemical level. My scientific journey included receiving an Award for best Diploma Thesis as well as several Awards for Presentations at Conferences. While working for around eight years with diverse teams in Laboratory and Pharma Industry the importance of clear communication and emotional intelligence to improve collaborations with stakeholders .

During times of intense self-development, I experienced a metamorphosis in how I connected with myself. The transformations were often related to a combination of body and mind exercises like a 10 days Vipassana Meditation, Yoga, Dancing, Martial Arts, Outdoor Sports like Hiking, Snowboarding, Skiing, and Swimming. Growing up in a family who is highly enthusiastic about (extreme) sports encouraged my passion for exercising.

Another magic ingredient is creativity. While changing from Chemistry into the Art in 2019, expressing my authentic self through creativity was essential to reconnect with my emotions and having a safe space for my highly sensitivity. Dancing, Photography, Video, Painting, Installations,  Drawing, and NFTs are few methods to materialize by artistic themes related to sensuality, femininity, and intimacy. Most important were personal discussions about my art works with visitors of my exhibitions in galleries and a museum.

Since I was a teenager, I was excited to meeting people from all around the world and learning about different cultures. While travelling to 45+ countries I fulfilled my wish to connect with inspiring individuals.

Living a conscious life matters to me.

Once more I got aware about the importance of HOW we connect deeply with others while learning two styles of dancing - Bachata Sensual and Kizomba.  Specifically, softness, feeling safe in the arms of a dance partner while expressing my sensual and feminine side, trust, affection, feeling peaceful while two hearts and bodies are moving in harmony guided by the melody of the music changed my capability of experiencing pure intimacy.
